Hi there Use ..Yours faithfully- if you start letter Dear Sir /Madam. Writing and using a persons name ie - Dear Mr Jones- you can sign- Yours sincerely.

Listen to English news programmes so you can get use to the sound of the language being pronounced properly. Try to find overseas English programmes on a radio. You will get used to hearing the flow of the words quicker. You don't need to be able to understand the meaning of all the words.

Buy....Essential Grammar in Use (Second Edition)or (Third Edition )by Raymond Murphy Cambridge University Press. You could go on line and buy probably from Amazon. I have both, teaching students from Brazil, Africa India Pakistan Lithuania Latvia etc etc. The price of 3rd Ed 3 years ago was about £15 Sterling. 2nd Ed is for elementary,3rd Ed is for Intermediate. However if you study these your grammar would be better than the average current English person as they tend to abuse their own language.
Hope this helps, There are picture and many easy to start exercices in them . The page before the exercises explains and teaches you the grammar with examples, and then the following pages are the exercises for you to do... You also have answers at the back of the book to check how you have done. You therefore have your own in built teacher!!!! Regards Keith
