I've been teaching English for the last 23 years, even before I graduated as an English Teacher. In my experience,I have noticed how important it is to have useful materials at hand whenever needed. Surfing the net has been the best way to get them and to have them always ready to use. well i am working Working in a international call center in India and basically I am a Gujarati guy. I was teachin at the primary school for three years, i have resigned 4 months a go, i am teaching private classes and a few courses at this moment they are primary, Juniour and college students, for last two years i have been thinking about my ability in English as a teacher, i think it is not qualify enough , i do not speak it well, i do not do writing well, reading badly, pronunciation messly ( i think most of students that i teach have better comprehension of the English Lesson, but primary one ( i think they can be more than the tecaher himself ), lacking of learning experiencing is the only their weakness for now ... i have read some comments and some has the same problem as i do .. i just want to share what i feel about my, all skills of english can be improved by more reading and praticing ... but for me Speaking is not that easy way ... especially in a country like mine it is more difficult becouse it is a foreign language, may be if i have a chance to live and work at least for 2 years, in a speaking english country, mine will be fluent. Hi, I'm Mutya from Philippines. I am an Operation and HR Head in our company PIKO online tutorial services. WE've been operational for almost 2 years now. We have currently 45 teachers now with 26 classes everyday for 15 minutes per session to our KOrean clients and by this month we will start teaching to japanese. The problem now is that some of our teachers have problems with correct English pronunciation and grammar.
